What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a 1 to 1 engagement between a mentee and a mentor. The purpose of mentoring is for a mentee to grow and develop in their chosen field through self direction and guidance from a mentor. A mentor can help you become the best version of yourself, through listening, advising and helping you to work towards achieving your goals.
Mentors can introduce mentees to new ways of thinking, challenging their assumptions and encouraging self-directed transformational change.

A minimum of six x 1 hour sessions of mentoring is required. Sessions cost £125 per hour and are carried out online (or in person if possible) and are payable in advance.
Mentoring sessions can include
- setting goals and targets
- reviewing your creative practice
- challenging your assumptions
- exploring new opportunities
- advising on tools and techniques
- developing action plans and
- receiving feedback etc
each session will be tailored to offer support to artists where they need it most.
