What is coaching?
Coaching is a 1 to 1 or group engagement between a coachee(s) and a coach. Coaching can help to unlock your potential and make improved choices in a specific area of change in your personal and work life. A coach can help you work through a particular challenge or transition point in your work or personal life.
A coach can support coachees to channel their skills and knowledge, improve their self-belief and encourage clarity of thought in relation to specific objectives.

The number of coaching sessions required varies and the number required will be agreed at the first session. Sessions cost £125 per hour are carried out online (or in person if possible) and are payable in advance.
